first of all you need to find iis vulnerable website from google, here is the dork- inurl: admin.asp? . search this dork in google search engine. then you will find a lot of website, open a website ,you will find a admin panel for login, then login by using below information.
username: admin
password: 1 'or' 1 '=' 1
put this information in login info, then hit the login button, thats all.
